You obviously don't know it but you're whole basis of fact is relying on what management says. ABT is only making a study to see if the technology works and they don't know yet after all this time. I hope you've got money to burn if so I can tell you a stock that management claims the company has hundreds of millions of barrells of oil in reserve and it is only selling for 60 cents.
