What buyout? I think I missed something, I haven't heard of any buyouts relating to this company.

LOLOL! That is pretty funny - a buyout.

In the Q4 the revenue was only $4,000 - the CEO continues with the Toxic financing - the company doesn't have any IP - there is absolutely nothing of value for a buyout - just more wishful thinking.
