They are alternate filing, end of year is end of October for them

there is no "Q" for the fourth qtr (10/31). it is a "K" and it is due 90 days after 10/31. the bermanator hopes to have it out by 12/15 but he & us are at the mercy of the auditors.

the good news is the timing of the year end. auditors are bored to death this time of year normally so it is possible (probable?) the 12/15 date is met.

but these are auditors....
