I'M not saying they WILL be SEC approved. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't announce an audit without reason. Speculation on my part. With the speculation of uplisting, etc.
The filing is due end of January and Steve mentioned maybe earlier but in my opinion this 10-Q will take some time depending on availability of records. It's been awhile and just takes some time. The good thing is, I have all it will take. Along the way we will watch as the numbers for the April 10-Q skyrocket!
