BMO, I'm curious as to where you're getting your facts.

First, how much do you KNOW about the relationship between Sandy and Mike? You want to give the impression that you're right in there with them, but I doubt that's true. The schism you keep postulating is pure speculation.

Second, how do you know Mike put in 80% of the money to start up? He has 80% of the ownership, but that means nothing. More likely, Mike has 80% because he has the know-how to build this particular business and BKMP has 20% because Sandy knows how to raise capital and BKMP is how he did it.

You can't cut off the financiers just when the company starts making money. That's not how venture capitalism works. Have you ever heard of venture capitalism? I bet you have. But you wouldn't have if it worked the way you keep claiming. Because it wouldn't exist.

Why are you insisting that Mike and Sandy are at odds over and over without any information to even come close to supporting what you are talking about. If you have any reasonable information other than your dislike of Sandy I would like to hear it.
