I noticed that. Also called them "Sauer Industries" instead of Sauer Energy. Saw a few other sloppy mistakes.

It is either a mistake or even better if Strachan was independently developing the smaller model. Dieter needs some help to get this to the next level. Combining Sauer Energy and North Wind Power would be great. Ian Strachan is a successful businessman with financial backing and a track record of knowing how to get government subsidies. Sauer has a publicly-traded company with 7 years of R&D to get the WindCutter to market.

Whether it is a partnership or a merger, should be a win-win for both. I would prefer a merger and get this to the next level with proper financial backing and bring in proven successful people.

I would gladly give Strachan 50% ownership of the company to bring in his cash and watch the market cap rise 20X!

Nice find, Icbc123. Yes, Fyerdriver I saw that too. Since they seem to be exploring a partnership w/ NW, I would think that the residential unit proposed to be developed by NW would be a joint project. They have expertise in-hand w/ Sauer Energy. I am not sure if Sauer's rooftop mounted unit, Windcharger (Correct?), has been fully developed? Perhaps patents pending, too?
