There is a world of difference between an atrocious but unrestricted THC pill that must get through the digestive system with a trail of hurt, a vastly more potent pain reliever for extreme pain that is addressed by aerosolized fentanyl and aerosolized but handicapped THC by a toxic label.

For now, anybody willing to buy INSY is challenging the lynch mobs stirred up by a rabid press and preaching.

No reasonable person denies the terrible drug problem America's drug laws and politicians have created but fighting forest fires or mob rule is no task for amateurs.

I like your general line of thinking despite the problematic details.
