The winning side appears to be wanting as much money as they can. Sadly, they may be trying to beat a dead horse.
If the cow is old and cannot give milk, it is pointless to keep trying to milk her. While you might be able to sell her to a slaughter house, in this instance it is unclear that even the carcass has any value, unless GEOMC feels that the rusty Calmare machines still in the value are the equivalent of the cow's skin and bones.
