No of course not. But the way PIOE has been run it seems that all board members/ employees are compensated on a common shareholder basis. Most fund managers charge 1% of AUM for management fees and charge carried interest for profit deducted from account balance and return on investment immediately. We don’t know how RCP reports this as it wasn’t in the 10-Q. I’m only ASSUMING based off of industry norm. While I hope $23 Million is earnings or at least within 1-2% of earnings we won’t know for sure until they start consolidating the reports into P10’s 10-q moving forward. Everything is simply speculation at this point.
