Nice post , DT. Yeah too many are fixated on "news" and I admit I was too when I first found this stock. I couldn't wait for the next PR.. until I learned that's not what moves the market to take notice and invest. PRs come and go and then flicker out. It's solid earnings / financials that are the real catalysts.

Like you stated, it's the "big" picture that will drive the pps to the next level and beyond: audited financials, reduced debt, and uplifting from OTC.

As we bring October to an end we also bring to an end a very rocky month for ONCI. News was the one thing that kept this stock afloat for this past month. Although I am surprised at how many did not fully see or understand that.

The news was both justified as it showed the growth, but it also served as a buffer to the admitted dilution the company went through in Oct. With out the news that was put out, the dilution would have taken this down to the mid 005's.

Now that we have completed the conversion and Steve has wisely backed off on the news...notice its been over a week since the last PR. We had been getting as many as two a week for all of Oct. And with the fundamentals now beginning to take a solid foot hold look for November to be a resurgence for ONCI.

The fact this resides on the OTC Pink Sheets, all be it we are listed as current, we are still subject to the whims of the short attention span investors who dominate this exchange level. How ever the share reduction, the audited financials, the name and symbol change that are coming as well as the up lising to the OTCQB will put that behind us.

Today is Halloween, its trick or treat day... On4 Communications (still for the time being) will be doling out TREATS to all who knock on its door. The scary part for investors is over, time to get ready for the Holiday Season. The season of giving, and I expect to see this company give its investors a very happy Holiday Season. So consider, if you will, today's price for a share of ONCI a Black Friday gift, and like Black Friday prices all over the country, once there gone, you cant get them back.
