Who says the WARNING LETTER will ever BE RESOLVED? Which should of NEVER happened in the first place:; by THE 30+ year experienced management TEAM that are supposedly the best in the BUSINESS?

Best way to combat OD’s is to create the Good Samaritan law. Most od’s go unreported for of being busted for using drugs. So far 40 states have passed this law. Along with Naloxone and the Good Samaritan law a 9-11% decrease in deaths has taken place since 1999-2014 Arizona is 1 of the 10 that has no such law in place. More lives could be saved from OD’ing.

That is the issue - Nasrat doesn't have a solid plan. Never did. When asked about return on investment, market share, drug prices, etc he was clueless and left it "up to the experts".

No leader, especially a CEO, makes huge investments without basic financial fundamentals and yet the expense spigot keeps on flowing.
