Kate dumped the hell out of this today, only she can tell her shareholders the truth about WHY! She had better stop now or this is going no bid! The only reason she hasn't done it to the other one is bc of the court order

If your comment was directed at me ( since there was a reply that was deleted ) let me say this .

First off , my apologies for pointing out the " facts " . Like some , I personally am not rooting for failure but yes I am guilty of pointing out that it has been one from a shareholders standpoint.That is of course unless you got out while the PPS was still trading at a decent PPS . Like an idiot , I did give Kate the benefit of the doubt and took a chance on her actually taking this company somewhere and hoping things might be different this time around . It appears that I was wrong but nowhere in my post did I even mention Kate's name so I have not " blamed " her for anything. Personally I believe that Kate is simply the new puppet on a string here and the same crooked POS is still the one calling the shots in the background here . I have no proof of that but that is my opinion .
