generally those people chase..those that have been here and DD'd this thing up and down are already loaded..and just playing with little amounts more than likely to pass the time.. :) because if peeps aren't in when the news drops..no way they will get the bulk they want at the prices they think they will get :0 ...hard to pet your favorite during a stampede.
