Good point! One can spin it in either direction. Bottom line is investors are not headed for the exits, the sky is not falling and the BOD are working to complete their financials, a rarity for pink stocks.
It's in the best interest for Bob & Don to do so, as they are the majority shareholders in FLPC and have sunk hundreds of thousands of their own money to keep FLPC alive. Feet on the desk? Hardly.
