Perhaps it's a wire issue? Interesting conundrum because I've had it work with the speed test below 20 before.

All I can say - is its somehow something isolated to you (and likely others that haven't found us yet). Type of thing to figure out in soft launch. But I assure you we aren't making up our service working to drum interest, that would be a charade which backfires quick when users don't join.

Mine generally works great. Had the fox issue yesterday and my PayPal thing I mentioned yesterday worked itself out by 10am and goes with the territory of month to month service.
