linda1 I recently spoke with the receiver Robert Stevens and explained my belief based on mostly anecdotal evidence that Francine systematically diverted business and revenues from BRWC to St. Ellie and that I felt that was a big part why BRWC failed. He said if I had any proof or what I thought might be proof of that to send it to him. I know there are investors here that probably have a much better recollection of some of the suspicious business transactions that were supposed to have been BRWC contracts that later looked to be filled by St. Ellie so if anyone has anything showing fraud I would think Mr. Stevens would look at it. I don't know if anything could be done to force Francine to sell St. Ellie and have the proceeds benefit the shareholders of BRWC but if in fact Francine did steal from BRWC for benefit of St. Ellie and we could prove that then maybe at least we could keep her from getting away with it by having her lose St. Ellie. At best for Francine and in the kindest assessment of her leadership at BRWC she was derelict IMO in her fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders of BRWC and her absolute lack of business acumen coupled with tons of toxic financing lead to the failure of BRWC. At worst there may be a criminal angle here if proven. I don't hold any real hope for anything at this point but I really don't like the idea of anyone getting away with a crime if one was in fact committed on the other hand if the failure of BRWC was just poor management then St. Ellie should fail as well.
