I agree with you that we are now probably past the quiet period associated with certain stock movements; however, I still see a lot of strange movement here that is pretty inexplicable. Having said that, I must tell you that emailing most CEOs is pretty much a waste of time in my opinion. Even if they were inclined to speak about their upcoming plans (which I doubt), there are a lot of reasons why they legally cannot outside of a quiet period without a PR or statement. In addition, these guys are still involved in running a huge multi-million dollar operation outside of EPSC. So the most likely scenario involves an announcement and a price spike with initial accumulation followed by a drop back to a level reflective of the news. IMHO.
