Simple, Dan was with Imclone before it got bought out. He was the VP there if I remember correctly. No ties to Merck. Anyone who thought the plan was to have Dan for the short term was not paying attention. Dan came to Advaxis to bring the company to the Nasdaq, get deals done with institutional investing. All the while get the company financially secure. Advaxis had about 7 employees when Tom Moore was the CEO and funds were running dry. We all can speculate on the path Dan took and at the pace he did with close to 80 employees but in todays world funds know Advaxis is real.
