Has anyone asked Jack, or the MMEX team for an explanation of their 30-year history of failure, and generating nearly $40-million in share-holder losses?
Has anyone asked the MMEX team for an explanation of why they chose a convoluted, toxic, untenable corporate structure, with super-dilutive debt disguised as equity underpinning?
Has anyone asked Jack for company profitability, or economic projections based on its claimed expertise in the refining industry?
I'm sure they have a factually clear, and professional set of answers. I anxiously await hearing them.
Has anyone asked Jack how MMEX will run a topping unit, the most basic, and problematic sub-set of an actual refinery, as a business that can generate positive cash-flow, to either demonstrate to investors, or otherwise assist in fueling a complete refinery? I thought not.
If one is here only to participate in a share-selling scam, perhaps none of these questions are important. If one is here to make investment decisions about putting money into a real business, they are.
MMEX is utterly opaque, and minimally professional - no real business plan, no real accomplishments, only track record of complete failure.
