I remember that. I know SB stated 3 months ago that a buyout would most likely be 12-24 months down the road. That's why I said this is just a theory. You never know? If the big guys all see the potential and know that these patents could give them a monopoly on the distracted driving market we could POSSIBLY see an earlier buyout? I would not rule anything out.

What happens is, when/if the buyout is announced. there will be instructions as to what happens to the shares or they may say the buyout is for so many shares of the new stock and how much money, or, either or. I bought DG for $14 way back and they decided to go private and announced we would get $22.75 for each share we owned. Bottom line depends on the company
