are you serious? they release a divy with a ration of 10,000:1. many reputable investors are laughing at us shareholders and the company. we don't know what the spinoff is, if there is one. we dont know the symbol or when it will be traded. we weren't updated on what in the world is going on with the different answers coming from the different brokers.. they got some splainin' to do IMO..

we still need a pr to explain the divy, what the new symbol will be and what exacly it is. I do agree though every time we get a pr that says the company is doing good and made it to lunch today , and also hired a new secratary, the pps goes down. but i would like to see the divy clarification.

AT...you can not give additional shares of ANY value in the same company without taking AWAY that same amount of value from the existing shares...that is why if u get a 2 for 1 split, the PPS is cut in half....so how can ANY value be given to these preferred shares if they are still to be part of bkmp without it affecting the common shares ???
