See the company filed amendment to their Articles of Incorporation authorizing a reverse split of the common stock of the company.
Signed by Director Jordan Weinstein on the 16th of october.

When is the effective date on this r/s??

Sorry arnold, I dont predict the effective date of the reverse split when the company cant even write the reverse split ratio down correctly. Lol
As we all know there is a specific procedure to be followed.
Watch the “Daily List” for offficial notificaton.

Worthy to note - the company stated the amendment was adopted by sharehlders as the number of votes cast was sufficient.
