every time i look at it in the 10 Q it makes me wonder why it was described as the "Ultimate Acquisition of Rimrock " not just the acquisition of RMRK ???
does the word Ultimate point to something Big in their plans or not ???
6. Other Assets
Pursuant to a Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 27, 2017 by and between the Company and Rimrock Gold Corp, (“Rimrock”), the Company agreed to fund up to $300,000 to settle outstanding convertible debt of and accounts payable by and on behalf of Rimrock, for the ultimate acquisition of Rimrock, a currently inactive public company located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Company expects to consummate the acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2017. For the period from inception to June 30, 2017, the Company advanced $107,000 on behalf of Rimrock to settle the aforementioned liabilities.
i have seen too many Acquisitions before but none was described as the "ultimate" one
imo "Ultimate" is used here in a certain context
and this context is the building of the Crypto Company project !
and if you followed this project from the summer you will get to see that it is like a puzzle being completed piece by piece !
and all pieces were mounted in UTAH and then moved NOW to NEVADA !
RMRK is in NEVADA waiting to play its role in that project called the CRYPTO company !
now that the name change happened and the move to NEVADA too and we are very close to see RMRK go Current (per previous CEO conversations)
we are getting to the boiling point of consuming the Acquisition of RMRK that have been described as "Ultimate" in the 10 Q !
imo RMRK is going to play a major role into that project
i have seen many acquisitions going thru but none was qualified as an "ultimate " one in the official doc besides for the one RMRK
it is going to play a key role in the Crypto company project !
