Valiant is an accumulate on sizeable dips. It is totally out of favor right now for obvious reasons, but B&L is the core and hopefully they don't start carving that up. But if they do there are core assets and less core which can be sold IF necessary.. They are slowly taking down debt. Seems this stock has BEEN on the block long enough. The negatives are all out now. IMHO it is an accumulate at this time..
