Hey bar, I wrote article for Houzz recently regarding "young workers"....

1. Young people do not want to work and cannot buy anything. This was major reason for major national labor shortage in all the construction industry right now...

2. Mostly older Americans are buying as they are a generation who did work, save, spend thriftly, major retirement population with fixed incomes..

Average age of my ongoing customer here in my business is now around 65 years of age. No young customers, except those whose older folks are helping them out on their first home or what not... Or those younger folks who inherited paid off properties from their deceased parents...
