Why should SIAF brake the agreements?
This discussion is absurd.
All shares must be returned when SIAF repay the loans!

If that is the case, S would be smart enough to not launch a buyback program but instead paying back the loan, maning the lender "buy back" instead, plus decreasing the outstanding shares and minimize the market speculation on what is happening with these colledaral shares.

The fact that S is talking about buyback is a sign that he is sure paying back loan will not couse any lender to start buying.
