As you can see the ICBU news from may 24th was never PR´s as ISGP news. ISGP didn´t release any PR after the RS, until yesterday about the reverse merger. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ISGP/news

Actually I was a bit confused myself about the connection between ICBU and ISGP, so I asked new ISGP ceo about it. He told me they bought an empty shell, so I guess Wilson has to give some clarification to you.

I was never invested in ICBU or ISGP, but bought ISGP yesterday because on RM news.
