LMAO! What a mess of empty shells, diluted shares and not a dime in revenues over the years. At least CSHD shareholders can take a good look at Waatle if they want to see where they will be in two years from now.
Rufus is laying it all on the table, and is more or less raising all the red flags high on the masts of the main battleship of the fleet for all to see.

Conversion Solutions Updates Shareholders
KENNESAW, Ga., Dec. 8 -- Conversion Solutions, Inc.
(OTC BUlletin Board: CVSU) announces today that the corporation is in the
process of completing the financial audit to include the Waatle merger and
Georgia Aerospace Joint Venture and preparing the Form 10 filing with the
Security Exchange Commission.
"We are currently increasing our equity position in American International
Smart Structures by executing agreements with Georgia Aerospace shareholders
and are reviewing each and every Waatle Subsidiary as defined in the business
combination agreement. We are only accepting the Subsidiaries that will
improve the corporate structure," stated Rufus Paul Harris, CEO.
"The Waatle Assets have been accepted by the Board of Directors, which
should add around $300,000,000 to the corporate books upon the completion of
the audit," said Harris.

Kicks Coffee Café is the coffee store in Wal-Mart in Plano, Texas. I think it was supposed to be called Calleo Gourmet Coffee at one point.

The CEO is Ken Johnson and does seem to have connections to Conversion Solutions and Waatle. He is in a trial phase with Wal-Mart.

Here is an interview with Ken Johnson about this store.
