"Deep Pockets" don't invest in abject failures like MMEX unless they need to generate significant losses.
"Belief" is devoid of meaning, against facts, and accomplishments. The facts are that MMEX has zero material accomplishments. The only accomplishments the MMEX team has are in generating shareholder losses.
MMEX will always stink, wretchedly. They will never build a refinery. The only greatness in investment goes to Jack-O-Lantern and his insider accomplices, leaving everyone else holding the bag.
MMEX is a bust, a sham, a scam, empty of any material worth.
