It is my understanding from IR is that the Florida issue has nothing to do with Jeff and has no jurisdiction on him, nor does it have any impact on the company.

I rest my case. Some idiot believes this nonsense coming from IR aka David Foley, who, if anyone recalls, continued to spout endless crap just before he was outfitted with that orange jumpsuit and was sitting in prison.

Long Side Ventures didn't order and sign the arrest warrant for Jeff Foley, a standing circuit court judge did all of that. And only after repeated orders were completely ignored. Over months and years.

Any reputable company would have cured these issues years ago by supplying the requested disclosure. Hell, even a slimy company would have complied with a standing judge's orders once that same company was found to be an enforcement debtor in this action.

NTEK will not comply because to do so would be tantamount to blowing their little dark filing penny scam sky high. Dark penny scams are such for a reason. Problem here is, they've been caught up in the legal system with a company they owe millions to and a judge that's tired of the month after month of NTEK's complete BS.

Lastly, to imply that a Florida court has no standing to issue a writ of bodily attachment in a standing case simply because the offending person resides in another state proves that David Foley (AKA IR) has absolutely no idea what he's blabbing on about.
