Base on the SEC rule and regulation they have the option deadline by November the 8th. However, it's up to JF to file whenever he wants as long as he meets the deadline.

I don't think JF will wait to the 8TH. We may see the Q during the weekend. He certainly wants it out of the way before the "hard launch" IMO $$$OTTV$$$
