I disagree with dilution theory.

My theory:
It is big money players and/or insiders.

Do you really think Mr. Davis is not currently telling all his endorsers and friends about this company and the potential!!!!!!!

If you don't think he and others would shake the tree to get all of the penny land players out than you are a complete and utter fool.

If I was Mr. Davis and company, I'd shut my mouth and say nothing about what future holds until after, I had told my friends and family about the fraction of a penny stock, shook the tree, and moved shares out of our hands and into his. After that I'd say to the public, we are proud to announce (insert anything you want here) and watch the share price fly.

Remember the market makers in pink land can hide large sells OR LARGE BUYS and post the trades after the market closes to NOT INFLUENCE the share price.

So if my theory is the right one, those big buys will not cause the market price to increase with the result being the money people can consolidate for pennies to profit enormously later on.

That is my theory for what it is worth.
