That stake is owned by a natural person, so it cannot be company owned by JBZY. It clearly specifies "natural person shareholder" vs. "corporate". Maybe, the mysterious Wang owns the 37%, but you won't see this ownership on any filings unless it is actually transferred to the corporation.
