Most of the time these toxic guys get a block of reserve shares & they have their unaffiliated broker short the stock to get their money back before the ink is dry. Typically 5X more reserve than the money actually giving to the company so the can make profit a nice 500% or more. Slippery game & unfortunately is the dark side of small cap stocks. Bad for shareholder, bad for the company, great ROI for the toxic debt guys.
