My original investment here was due to Ballas paying down notes (Feb? PR) and indicating it would continue. Since then not only did they not change the name etc as promised but they have not payed down any further debt as they previously indicated.
My trust of management is long gone, only the solid fundamentals keep me here (even though it is dead money for now).
