Look at the VXX weekly candle chart, add the 9 EMA and BBs ( 20,2,2). You will see the upper wick for this past weeks candle touched the 9 EMA perfectly. Any time thus has occurred in the past VXX has made a large move within 1-3 weeks after said occurrence.
