So, do you take the quote to mean that those in the US cannot exercise the subscription?

How are the shares in the subscription any different than regular shares.

Or, is it the case that one has to exercise the subscription on the Swedish exchange, not on the AMAVF shares.

This whole thing seems deeply bungled.
