If people have been selling they would be selling for less than what shares we're issued for.

Factual? Whelp you'd better hope so because, and apparently nobody noticed that I referenced where they came from? (see link at bottom of post) That's copied numbers from the last 10K. That's insiders pay, bonuses and stock awards for 2016 and because, it's so large and apeears in the sale report, may have been stretched into 2016: ; 2015's CFO. . Yet just 2016, Insiders took a clean 2 million home. Hello?
