All you need to do is upgrade your subscription to premium and you'll get L2 on ihub it's well worth it I'm not even sure how people trade without L2.

I use Scottrade also. I know they want you to pay for level two but I also use thinkorswim from TD Ameritrade and you can sign up for free and get level two for free. It doesn’t make any sense because TD owns Scottrade. Hope that helps you out
