For the millionth time answering this question when Bitcoin does well typically the Bitcoin related stocks go up to a degree. These companies mine Bitcoin and when the price goes up it makes the coins more valuable.
Look at the patterns of the prices...it's pretty simple. It also creates more exposure to the stock when Bitcoin is doing well and thus creates more volume. So yes it does help the price, but it is not the be all end all.
