Yes. They reduced them before the debt settlements. It ran to .0095 with 2.5B o/s shares. These guys just want everyone to sell.

Wais issued himself shares to make the O/S high enough so the conversions could be high enough.( Debtholders don't want to convert small conversions and in a settlement the company pays all DWAC and conversion expenses) Once the O/S was high enough then he pulled his shares. They are smart but very very dumb also.
