KVR10, every scenario I read from the PDF says $4. What you're reading sounds as though you can have $1 share price, but only if you have already been listed. I believe the $4 share price is the price needed to begin listing. That allows wiggle room once listed, so that you can maintain the minimum allowable share price of $1, without being delisted the same week you become listed.
