One thing I learned a long time ago is the difference between Hearsay and Rational Objective Thinking. Hearsay is based on personal distortion of the truth while rational objective truth is based on just that. Thanks Gordo56. And the stock price is beginning to break out here which is what we are all looking for in the long run.

Great post Gordo! I was going thru the old filings last night and I couldn't find what I was looking for, but someplace in their last Q it said 125 million shares had been put away, now it's down to 85 million. Anyway, really nothing in the filings that worry me, still an amazing share structure for a sub-penny stock, once they start posting revenue, UATG will be golden. I also think a merger is probably in the works.
