At some point in the near future, fundamentals will outweigh your technical analysis.
Technical Analysis is a statistical analysis of what has happened over a period of time.
It is like counting cards in Vegas. This stock could realistically draw an ace at any time. HOWEVER, this chart shows very few aces left and a whole lot of 2's.
Should the company make some needed changes, it would be like getting a new deck and starting over. As a general rule, especially in pinks, very few companies are able to figure how to make such a change once they get in too deep.
My latest post wasn't meant to beat up on this stock. Yet when a post claims that the chart looks good, then someone should stand up and correct the record. Tell me that they will eventually mine better or they reduced debt - I will believe you. Tell me that the chart shows a reversal, and I think someone is trying to get out at someone else's expense.
