No kidding.

The AgenTus was something unexpected, even if Bruno Lucidi, the CEO of that new entity, has great credentials ( previously of Idenix, Pharmasset and BMS)

I do hope the CC clears things up around the value add (hopefully) to AGEN and the structure of the company with this new subsidiary.
