I have discussed this issue at length .

My opinion is Sessions cannot prosecute those for crimes related to MEDICAL MARIJUANA that occur within states that legalized MEDICAL MARIJUANA.

Powers by the federal governt come from the people of the states and the 10th amendment to our constitution validates this. This issue went before the supreme ct and states prevailed.

Sessions is a lame duck Imho
