In over 8 years they have not built any successful business. They have lied over and over about being MJ company. They have never sold any pot period. The current CEO has done more dilution for less results then just about any CEO in pennyland. If we use before he 1 for 1000 r/s she issued trillions of common. Hasn't filed for years to hide no results. She has done what she was made CEO by prefers to do. Continuing to lie and dump shares. Nothing has changed and never will when the same prefers control 6/7ths of this scam. They don't care about how many o/s just can they get more suckers to buy them. Dilution has no effect on the ownership they control. The next thing coming. Maxing out A/s of 1.5 billion. Months ago o/s was back over 1 billion. She lied about reducing it and that was easy to see.
