clearly, you know far more about thus than i do. it may be possible since the change of exchanges to OTC that they have reduced reporting requirements. also, the dilution has increased share OS so much, it may have facilitated more complete conversion of the preferred while still being under 4.99%? also, could it not be multiple parties that can each hold the 4.99%?
