There are very serious MYEC tax consequences which I don't believe have been accurately reported to state and federal government agencies in my opinion. As you can see, receivership was granted. Yes, that is the TCA suit. However, no real estate is a fabrication.
IT will be interesting to see when the lawyer who wrote the opinion letters on the federal lawsuit is subpoenaed, who gave the instructions for the opinions and who were the people he spoke to?
