Look at the form 3 & 4’s

So they are affected by an RS

They are at the same level as the common shareholder

That was a huge statement on there part

Insiders and common shareholders on same footing is huge

I'll have to think about that more. Good point and this trading very close to .01 so why risk it dropping and losing OTCQB status?
